- Who processes the data
- The data controller is Bobath Center LLC, 75D Stetsenka St., Kyiv. Data questions: bobathcenter@gmail.com.
- What we collect
- Through the booking form: the child's name and age, the parent's name, phone, email (optional), preferred centre and date, and your message. This is used only to contact you and arrange a consultation.
- Who receives it
- Resend delivers the request by email, Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form from spam, and Upstash limits request volume. Data is never sold or shared with advertising networks.
- How long it is kept
- The request stays in the centre's mailbox until the consultation is arranged and is deleted on your request.
- Cookies
- The site uses only strictly necessary cookies. No analytics or third-party trackers are installed.
- Your rights
- You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to bobathcenter@gmail.com.
